Yes. Every item at Sigma Handicraft is 100% handmade by skilled artisans from Jaipur and across India.
No mass production. No factory line.
Each piece is unique and crafted with care.
⭐ 2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes!
We ship to USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, UAE, Singapore, Malaysia and 135+ countries worldwide.
International delivery time: 10–15 days

⭐ 3. What are the delivery timelines?
Domestic (India) Delivery:
- Standard: 5–7 business days
- Express: 2–4 business days
International Delivery:
- 10–15 business days depending on customs and destination.
⭐ 4. What if my product arrives broken or damaged?

If your item arrives damaged:
- Take photos/videos immediately
- Email or WhatsApp us within 48 hours
- We replace the item free of cost
We use strong triple-layer packaging, but fragile items may still get damaged during transit.
⭐ 5. Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted only in cases of damage, defect, or wrong item delivered.
Since products are handmade and fragile, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Size expectations
- Minor color/texture variations (normal with handmade items)

Once shipped, you will receive:

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Product weight
- Box size
- Country of delivery
- Courier availability
We try to offer the lowest possible rates.

For international orders, customs/import duties may apply depending on your country.
These charges are not included in product price and must be paid by the customer.

Currently, COD is not available because items are handmade, customized, and fragile.

Yes — since products are handcrafted, small variations in color, texture or finish are normal.
These are signs of authenticity, not defects.
