Sigma Handicraft sells handmade and handcrafted products, including idols, decor items, resin art, gemstone products, and artisan-made accessories.
- Minor variations in color, texture, and finish are natural and not considered defects.
- Product images are for reference; actual items may vary slightly due to lighting and handmade craftsmanship.

- All prices are listed in INR (₹).
- Payment must be completed at the time of placing the order.
- We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and international cards.
- We reserve the right to change prices anytime without prior notice.
If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
🔹 4. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order:
- You are entering into a legally binding contract with us.
- Order confirmation does not guarantee availability.
- We may cancel orders due to stock issues, payment failures, or suspicious activity.
You will be notified accordingly and refunded if applicable.
🔹 5. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship to India & 135+ countries worldwide.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location, customs, courier delays, and unforeseen circumstances.
- Risk of damage/loss passes to the customer once the courier accepts the parcel.
- Delivery estimates are approximate; delays do not constitute grounds for refund unless stated.

🔹 6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on the customer’s country.
- These charges are not included in the product price and must be paid by the customer.
- Refusal to accept the parcel due to customs charges will not qualify for a refund.
🔹 7. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
We accept returns only if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product is defective
- The wrong item was delivered
Return window: 48 hours from delivery
Returns are NOT accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Slight variations due to handmade nature
- Requests after 48 hours
- Customer damage
Refunds will be issued to original payment method within 3 business days after approval.

🔹 8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the website — images, product designs, text, graphics, logos — are the exclusive property of Sigma Handicraft.

We are not responsible for delays or failure due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, customs delays, courier issues, or political disturbances.
🔹 12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by Indian law.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ferozepur, Punjab.
